Certa Via makes ready-to-use templates and systems for BPO team leads and virtual assistant business owners. Every document was created from real frontline BPO, VA, and accounts receivable work, not a template library.

The articles here answer the questions that come up in that work: what to do in your first month leading a team, what belongs in a service agreement, how to chase an invoice without burning the relationship. Each one is complete on its own. When an article has a matching ready-made document, it points to the pack that contains it.
